At Massey Fit the women who come each week are a testament to the community we have built. The small groups are the most motivating and supportive women you will find. I love that each day someone is cheering on the group, laughing with a friend or lending a hand when needed. Some of the conversations we have, changed my life in the best possible way. Not to mention, the workout goes by much quicker when you are having fun!
